The registration fee includes the attendance, the Springer and the CD ROM/USB stick proceedings, lunches, and the gala dinner. 

Payment options available are:
a. Online secure payment (all major credit cards accepted).Please click on the appropriate fee in order to pay with a credit card. Please note that a fee of 4% is required by our credit card processing provider. The total amount charged to your card will be written on the invoice.

b. Offline credit card payment:

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  in order to receive an offline credit card form which you can send back to us by scan or fax. A 3.1% credit card processing fee will be added as charged by our bank for processing card payments. The total amount charged to your card will be written on the invoice.

c. Secure bank transfer.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  and we will send you a proforma for transfering the money directly into our account. Accounts in EUR, USD and RON are available. We do not charge any processing fee for this method.

Please note that all bank charges or commissions must be paid by yourselves.

d. On location payment:
This is possible only with the approval of the organizing committee and only against a credit card guarantee of minimum 50% of the amount to pay, which will be charged in case of no-show to the conference.
